The private dock provides direct access to the water, where you can watch manatees and other local wildlife or take your boat out for a day of exploration. Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms+den/3.5 bathrooms — 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 10), WIFI available, Smart TV’s (streaming only), heated pool, screened lanai deck, dock, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. Pets MAY be considered on a case-by-case basis & MUST be approved by Owner. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 10 people.
